The challenges are enormous, but there is renewed confidence among the stakeholders to consolidate and even extend the extraordinary advances that were made when Bogaletch Gebre (Boge) was still leading the organisation. Boge was awarded the 2013 KBF Africa Prize and died unexpectedly in early November 2019.
