[13.11.2020] A brand new school campus for Burundi’s high-potential youth has just opened its doors. The aim is to train a new generation of leaders. The welcome and orientation week is over, so classes can now start for the inaugural class of 32 students.
The Charlier Fund, managed by the KBF, finances scholarships to make this unique offer more accessible in Burundi.
The Kigutu International Academy (or KIA) is an initiative of the NGO Village Health Works, which was already supported a few years ago by the Foundation for its programmes to support agricultural production and processing.
Good luck to the 32 future leaders, the educational team, and congratulations to Village Health Works for this new success story!
